Llama Sales
I have listed five adult llamas for sale and two weanlings. The weanlings are out of my top stud and best packer HOLR Maverick. Maverick is a large very athletic llama that is an absolute packing machine. His pedigree includes a long line of commercial packers and he has proven himself as a stud. I bred Maverick to all of my females in 2022 and he produced 7 amazing offspring. These five adults came from two different Oregon ranches that both had some pretty amazing looking classic llamas but did not register them with ILR.

Dexter

7 Year old male experienced packer
Dexter is one of my most reliable and easy going packers. He has hundreds of trail miles under his belt. Hes packed in Idaho and all over Oregon in some pretty technical, steep, off trail situations. He packed 80lbs of elk meat out 11 miles in the Frank Church Wilderness and never once slowed down. Dexter is also a great trainer to younger llamas. If they slow down or try to lay down, Dexter will drag them until they learn that he sets the pace. I hate to sell Dexter but I am going to downsize and make room for my up and coming young llamas. Dexter is unregistered but because I have been so impressed with him, he earned the right to breed and I am expecting a cria out of him in 2024.

Brooke is an experienced packer and is a very fun llama to be around. She is easy going and very curious. She is almost always the first one to come up and greet us in the pasture. She has experience at all positions within a string and is easy to handle.

Weanling female
Hazel has a very easy disposition. She is very smart and in two short training sessions, was haltering and leading like an experienced llama. My two young sons love Hazel because she's the easiest to handle and lead out of all 7 crias we had in 2023.

Doty and Daisy
7 Year old female with weanling
Dotty has been a great Dam and has produced three great offspring. Her first two offspring were males and both are currently being used as packers. Her first cria (Bobby) is owned by a good friend of mine who has 5 male pack llamas and Bobby has turned out to be his biggest and most easy going packers. Doty's current cria, Daisy, is conformed very well and turning out to look just like her sire Maverick. Daisy is one of the best crias we had for 2023. Daisy's training is coming along nicely and she will accept a halter and lead. I have never attempted to halter train Doty because I was only wanting to use her as a breeder. Her crias have all been very easy to handle and have had great conformation and athleticism.
